A proactive agent that lives in your texts and finishes work while you are not looking. The hard part was never visual. It was making the agent legible: what it did, what it is about to do on your behalf, and how you stop it.

I designed the contract, not a chat skin. Onboarding, the conversational patterns inside a thread, the lock-screen that lets you act without unlocking, and the system underneath so those patterns did not drift. Light, mostly internal testing pressure-tested the hierarchy. One detail I still like: you can authorise a live task from the lock screen without ever unlocking.
